Ohlins TTX Air 1/2 Air Spring and Damper Routine Service Seal Kit
 
This aftermarket kit contains everything needed to rebuild an otherwise functioning shock. The kit works with both TTX Air 1 and 2. The seals contained are shown below:

-Air can backup ring
 
-Bearing assembly seal
 
-Bearing assembly backup ring
 
-Air can wiper
 
-Sag indicator
 
-Air can sleeve seal
 
-Air can to eyelet seal
 
-Bearing assembly threads seals
 
-Bottom out bumper
 
-Bearing assembly to damper shaft seal
 
-Bearing assembly to damper shaft backup ring
 
-IFP seal
 
-IFP cap seal
 
-Sealhead thread seal
 
-Top out bumper
 
Please note that one of the bearing assembly backup rings is custom in this shock, and it is not provided in this kit. It can be reused.

Service tips: use Ohlins 2.5 wt oil, set IFP depth 3 mm from the bottom, and inflate IFP to 170 psi. We recommend not replacing the small sealhead backup ring because it almost never causes an issue due to wear. If it is being replaced, slicing it at an angle like the stock one can help with installation.
