PUSH ElevenSix Rear Shock Routine Service Seal Kit
 
This aftermarket kit contains the seals necessary to service an otherwise functioning shock. 
 
The kit contains the following seals:
 
-Sealhead top out bumper
-Sealhead wiper
-Sealhead shaft seal
-Sealhead thread seal
-IFP cap seal
-IFP seal
-Gas fill port plug seal
-Rebound metering rod seal
-Bleed screw seal

Service tips: IFP pressure for the shock is 90 psi. We use Motorex 5 wt oil for the service. For bleeding the shock, we recommend the MTB Hydraulics syringe with Fox 803-00-463 bleed fitting if a bleeding machine is not available. Further critical tools for the service is a set of 31 mm shaft clamps for clamping the sealhead while unthreading the shock body from it. Alternatively, 1.25" shaft clamps also work (though not perfect), such as the Fox 803-00-969. The eyelet removal from the damper shaft is optional, but 0.5" shaft clamps are necessary for it. Lastly, the IFP cap can be unthreaded with a Park Tools SPA-2.
